Payment and Order
How should I pay?
We accept most major Debit/ Credit Cards, Apple Pay and also PayPal.
How safe is it to make an order?
Customers are protected during via encryption system during payment. All transactions are safe and we let no personal information get exposed to risks.
How do I know if the order is accepted?
Once payment is made a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your mailbox. It will contain all the necessary information regarding the order.
Can I cancel an order?
Once order is received on our side, we make sure it is processed as soon as possible. That also means you will be unable to cancel it after payment is made.
What if I received the wrong product?
We apologize if you have received the wrong order. Contact us immediately with the order number and details. We will resolve it as best and soon as possible.
I need to exchange a product, is that possible?
Unfortunately, we can't process exchanges currently. Only if otherwise instructed for a resolution in a "wrong order", "damaged" or "loss in delivery".
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship almost all over the globe.
What are my delivery options?
You will be provided with relevant shipping options depending on your location of delivery. At current, all shipping fees are Free of Charge.
How long will it usually take to get to me?
International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
